Lawn Care

Our professionally cared for lawn service is a weekly service that includes lawn mowing, weed whipping, and removal of lawn clippings from patios, walkways, driveways, and landscape beds. We provide edging of the lawn on a bi-weekly basis unless otherwise requested.

Spring and Fall Cleanups

Our spring clean-up focuses on the removal of debris that has accumulated over the winter months. We remove all leaves, branches, sticks and debris from landscape beds and lawn areas. We prune all plants to help prepare them for new growth. At this time we suggest planting spring bulbs, thinning crowded garden beds and dividing/transplanting certain perennials.

Our fall cleanup prevents leaves and debris from settling in your lawn and landscape bed areas. The service includes raking leaves, pine needles, branches, sticks and other debris from necessary areas. We also remove any dead or deceased plants to prevent recurrence in the spring. We also perform fall pruning in preparation for winter. We dispose of the debris offsite.

Mulch Installation

We use a high quality mulch to add beneficial microbial life and improve soil structure. It encourages earth worms to burrow which helps aerate and drain the soil and suppress the weeds. Mulch also insulates the roots from winter temperatures.  We recommend a hardwood mulch over dyed mulch, in your choice of color, for your landscape beds.

Maintenance Programs

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly programs are available to suit the needs of your landscape maintenance. We will discuss the program with you to make sure that you are satisfied and ensure that your landscape is pristine all season long.

Irrigation

This service includes maintenance of your already existing irrigation. If needed, we will repair/replace irrigation mister heads, rotors, or irrigation lines. We will adequately turn on the system and make any adjustments to all heads - this will ensure a proper watering schedule to your lawn and landscape areas. We will also winterize the System in the fall.

Build, Design and Installation

We create a landscape design that fits your new home, from the simplest of installation to the most elaborate design. Our design team creates your landscape project based on your needs and wants, then we provide a landscape print so that you can visualize the end result before the installation begins.

Sod Installation

Proper Grading is the key to a perfect lawn. Our grading specialists are knowledgeable of the proper grade to ensure remarkable looking lawns with new sod installation. We work directly with local Michigan sod farms to ensure the right climate and type of sod for the area. 

Landscape Bed Preparation

This service includes weeding removal by hand of all unwanted weeds from landscape beds, as well as shaping, pruning and trimming of all shrubs, bushes trees. We create and redefine the landscape bed edges by hand to properly define your landscape.

Brick Paver Installation

We work with a variety of suppliers, including Fendt, Uniloock or Belgrade. We work with you to design and install the patio or walkway of your choice, including patterns and color choices that best compliment your home.

Tree/Shrub Installation

Precise placement of your new tree or shrub is important to a healthy landscape bed. Through our experience we will provide the the placement of the trees and shrubs that work with your environment and soil needs.

Annual Flower Installation

We will install the annual flowers of your choice in your landscape beds, or create new flower areas for a new look,  Installation  of Michigan peat for the soil of annual flowers beds will promote a healthier environment for the annuals and ensure that they last until Fall. 

Snow Removal

We offer residential and commercial snow removal. Our equipment includes snow plows, snow blowers, and hand shovels. We also implement ice management by using rock salt, or special chemical products sufficient for your home or commercial property.
